Technical Issue Text not showing correctly

Hi, when I load the game any text shows up patchy making any text too unclear to read. I'm sure I've installed everything correctly. Any advice?

Try setting your game to English, if it is not.

Use the following cvar in the console: /se_language English
and restart the game

Also,
MBII Launcher => Settings => check "Enable logging" => Repair installation.
