Start MBII Launcher, click Settings, check "Enable logging", click "Repair installation".
After repair will be completed, zip folder "Program Files\JediAcademy\GameData\MBII_Launcher\logs" and upload it here, or just post last log.
And load Tatooine once again after repair is completed.
What client do you use (Launcher => Settings => Run game using)? If you use jamp, try to switch to MBII client, and in reverse.
