[Sound replacement] Improved radio sounds (voice commands)

This is just a small modification that made the gaming experience a lot better for me.

I find the original voice commands quite annoying and harsh to the ears, especially when its spammed on servers with lots of players.
I tried to make it less "in your face" and more like a background sound which isn't interfering with the shots and explosions going on.

What i did:
-Cut some frequencies with EQ to get a more radio like sound.
-Made it a bit faster (much like in CS:GO)

the effect is okay but the fact they're sped up sounds quite unnatural and distracting.

For me this is the right pace for an intense battle.
I know it would be better to record the whole thing again with this speed but unfortunately i don't have microphone or a voice for that

I get what you were going for but it sounds bizarre with the high pitch. you need to speed it up while still keeping the same pitch like in the CS:GO example.
