Technical Issue sound/null length 0

whenever im loading into a game my game gives me the message sound/null length 0 and takes me back to the menu anyway i can fix this?

How did you install Jedi Academy and the mod? I've never seen an error message like this. sound/null is part of the base assets so if that is missing then something is very wrong with the install.
