Hi!!! I've been playing Movie Battles II for a few weeks now, and I’ve mainly focused on the Jedi and Sith classes. First off – amazing work on how melee and saber combat feels. It's one of the most unique experiences I've had in any Star Wars game.
That said, as a newer player, I’ve noticed a few things about the Jedi/Sith gameplay that feel slightly off, especially in open mode:
Force Points feel very limited: Especially when trying to play supportively (e.g., Sense + Push), it’s hard to stay useful without running out of FP quickly.
Force vs. Gunner feels inconsistent: Sometimes I can easily close the gap, other times I feel totally helpless depending on the map and gunner skill level. Is this intentional or just a learning curve?
PB (Perfect Block) system is hard to learn: I’ve read the wiki, but in actual duels, I still struggle to understand what I’m doing wrong. Are there better visual cues planned or tutorial tools?
I’m not suggesting major nerfs or buffs — just wanted to share some thoughts and see what the community thinks. Is this something others feel too? Or am I just not Jedi enough yet? 😅
Would love to hear how experienced players manage these things, and if devs have any balance plans in future builds.
