Often in open before the map changes (or right when it changed in the beginning or just during rounds, dunno now for sure).
Quite a few people write that in chat.
I was wondering for what reason they do this.

This happens when you press a hotkey to open the class configuration menu after the score/time limit is hit.

Explains why it happens a lot at round end with everyone spamming class config to rejoin.
