Unconfirmed Random crash while spectating and clicking through the players

I got a CTD multiple times tonight while clicking through players in spec. All the crashes seem to be the same. Yes I use Vulkan & MBIIOpenJK. I can't reproduce it reliably unfortunately but from what I've seen it's pretty common.

Have you excluded mods third party? Causes like this for me were fixed by fixing my buggy pk3

I'll try that out I do have some overrides installed

I cleaned out most of my overrides bar some that change the game sounds. A few days ago I totaled 7 crashes in a single day! All while clicking through spectators. After the last one I stopped frantically clicking through spectators to follow the action and started flying around in freelook instead, no more crashes after that.
Edit: Seeing that all these crashes seem to happen in OpenJK and rd-vulkan-mbii I'll try to get a debugger attached and see if I can catch the crash for some more information
