Hosting Server Quick, Easy Simple, MBII Docker Servers

Little project i've been working on for the New Republic Clan, but its open for anyone to use.

Simple concept...

- Find a server with some somewhat decent specs
- Install Docker
- Clone the project from GitHub
- Create some instance configs using the example
- Quickly stop / start / restart your server instances using the provided simple management tool.

The containers handle everything, from RTV/RTM, auto restart, scheduled restarts, auto server messages. + More

Some more bits to do, like Auto Updating MBII and possibly and optional discord bot to run commands remotely.

You will need to use the MBII Command Line patcher for this from the downloads page. I am happy for you to distribute it as part of your image

Thats very kind of you, i hadnt started coding this but planned to have it download the most recent patcher when it is installed. Just incase you update it at anypoint.
