Technical Issue Problem with ping

Hi, i dont know what is happening lately, but im having a lot of problem with ping, i always get like 120-150 ping in eu servers (im from Spain) when back in the day my ping was perfect, i tryed all things about network optimitation config of MB2, but still have got high ping.

I dont know why this happens but im sure that is not for my internet because i did a lot of ping test and the test says that i dont have high ping

Make sure /rate is 25000.

Rate is at 25000, i read the optimitation options of MB2 library and i optimizated all to have the lowest ping, so yes, rate is at 25000
