Technical Issue Problem with connection to mb2 site and update servers

Today i launch the mb2 and field in launcher where must be news it blank. I can only run MB2 on 1.4.6 version. Repair install says all good but it cannot connect to server. Tryed to go on mb2 official website it do not open and browser says about standard TimeOut error. When i used german proxy i finally entered the site and forums. So there the question: what the problem with website to open from my standard ip. I live in Russia, Moscow (My IP: 176.15.25.126). I don't think my provider accidently blocked mb2 site, coz otherwise it would show message about resourse is blocked. I did not play mb2 for nearly 2 weeks.

Might want to look at this thread:
moviebattles.org is blocked in Russia

Looks like our DDOS Protection service gave us the same IP as an illicit site which has been blocked by many Russian ISPs.

Not necessary. Different sites are blocked in different ways.
