Potential addition of force-spectator ability for US/EU official admins?

Just as the title suggests, I think it would be helpful to add forcespec to the list of official admins' smod abilities. Over time I've found that sometimes, given the situation, forcing a player to spectator is a more effective escalated punishment than repeatedly kicking them (as they can simply rejoin.) It was a tried and true method on other servers I've moderated. I believe it would be helpful in enforcing some of the server rules more effectively. Thoughts?
