Please how do i add the models?

Ok so i downloaded a model pack that adds 4 new models but it says for installation put .pk3 file inside mbII folder. but i cant find the .pk3 file i feel like its so straight forward im blind to it.

what pack is it? i wanna make sure how do open it so i can yell you.
