Technical Issue Ping skyrockets when I'm in combat. Redux.

So I've finally gotten a chance to record What it looks like when multiple battles are going on and what happens while I'm in combat. The following is a demo of what happened during my most recent match.

I would like to know what's causing this issue so i can fix it please.

Check and make sure that your rate is set to 25000 in network settings.

Edit: It was set to an extremely small number. I will confirm if this is a fix or not later.
