Technical Issue Ping problem

I played on a Legacy Legends server and at some point after a short freeze, instead of the usual 80-100 ping I got 230-250, I could not move, but all the other players moved around the map as usual, without a single lag, the same thing happened in specs, when I was watching someone playing everything was fine, but as soon as I pressed the space button and went into free camera mode, I froze again and a connection interupted message appeared, despite seeing all the other players moving perfectly fine. I discovered that from that moment on, I had a high ping on almost all servers, and over some time, my character wasn't frozen anymore, I could move, but the ping remained just as high and it was extremely unpleasant to play, what's the matter and is there a way to solve this problem? Screenshots attached. (i dont use any vpns and have default network settings, my fps is capped at 200)

Open cmd prompt. Type tracert ipofserver hit enter

It will trace from your location to server destination and you can see where it goes wrong maybe its your provider doing bad routing.

Copy the tracelog paste it in chatgpt and copy the answer send it to your provider.
