Permanent Saber/Blaster marks on body

I'd like to make every shot or slash you land on somebody show permanently until the round is over, would it be possible with some console command or is it not possible to change?

I think saber and blaster marks on the body qualify as decals that the game has to render but I don't know the command for it, if there even is one

But I think they even if you upped the number with some command, body marks would still disappear after away because that's how they worked in JKA unfortunately.
