Launcher "OpenAL32.dll" Missing.

Ever since I updated the mod last night, I've been unable to launch because of error saying I'm missing "OpenAL32.dll" It was fine before the update but now it's not, I tried reinstalling but the launcher still keeps giving me the same error.

That dll gets distributed with the game cd/steam, just reinstall the game.

Shortly after posting this it decided to work after I tried something else.
