No - We'll update the Open Beta periodically and I would expect that to be in the first drop "soon"

No - Saber code requires client side changes to be playable, we don't currently have a way to enable this which is accessible to all players.

Although i only played on the BETA server for a few hours early this morning, 1v1, and I dont know exactly which changes were implemented yet, I'll say that the saberist feels much more natural to play. Not sure about gunners yet, but I think with the FP changes it has the potential to be quite balanced in 1v1. Well done so far.
