I might have a demo saved of this, I'll check. I have a pk3 that changes the sound to mando westars so it was very obvious when I had a swing cancel but heard no sound

Same here - I do not see an interrupt vfx or hear the sound effect when I know that an interrupt happened FOR SURE.
Please look into this matter. It seems to have disappeared after the first hotfix on the new saber changes (not being able to attack after an interrupt).
