[SOLVED] Need help with launcher please /:

My game keeps coming up with this on my startup all of a sudden and sorry about the awful thread I've never made one before.

Is this your first time running the mod?
Is that windows 8 or 10?
Steam or non-Steam?
If non-Steam: Have you patched Jedi Academy to 1.01?

i used to play before website went down and windows 8 and steam version

Update your directx runtime.

Download DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer from Official Microsoft Download Center

If that doesn't work you'll need to start the launcher, and jamp.exe with administrative privileges.

None of that works unfortunately, it worked before the new launcher came out :/

Try reinstalling JKA

You sure you started the launcher with admin rights?
Does GameData and child folders have non-read only access?

If you're using the launcher, keep in mind you need to have MBII Client selected, or you'll have to run the game through Steam itself by changing the launch parameters for it.
