Technical Issue Need help for an error message

"Error : DEFAULT_MODEL (new_clones) failed to register" This is what my friend has when he tries to join a server the game crashes he then gets that message i tried helping him couldn't find anything that could he tried a complete instillation, and steam integration from the movie battle 2 launcher. He checked off everything in the setting launcher for a complete instillation on the launcher. I need help with this idk if this is an error a lot of people get or not any info would be highly appreciated.

MBII Launcher => Settings => check "Enable logging" => Repair installation.
Post latest log from "Jedi Academy\GameData\MBII_Launcher\logs" here.

MBII Launcher => Settings => uncheck "Steam integration" (skip if there's no such checkbox) => Engine => MBII Client => Play.

Post a screenshot of "Jedi Academy\GameData\base".

It would be much better if your friend register here and post messages by himself, otherwise it may looks like a "chinese whispers/broken telephone" game.
