Launcher Need help entering servers

When I try to enter a server it kicks me out after 5 seconds and says this, how do i solve?

Do you need someone to send an audio file to read you this message out loud so you can understand?

I'm getting the same problem as well. Even with my launcher still running. It's not like I can close the launcher or anything, but this is pretty weird that it's happening.
