Technical Issue Missing parts of maps?

I've got this really odd issue with some official and community map pack maps, parts of the maps are either wholly missing like the Yavin ground textures/models, they're completely transparent and I can see enemies through them, whilst others such as CMP Doomgiver are completely black. I've no idea what the cause of this issue is, nor any idea on how to get started diagnosing or even resolving this issue.

Help would be greatly appreciated. So far I've tried reinstalling MB2 and reinstalling MB2 & JKA, neither of which has worked.
