Technical Issue Minor Bug with OpenJK

Been using openjk for the past week. Half the time when I launch the borders are cropped so the desktop background is exposed. This didn't happen before when I used it...

I already have a fix. Simply minimizing it and then restoring it fixes the issue. I'm just wondering how and why this is cropping up? Pun intended
