Are you sure you're uploading correct file? Because the screenshot you've posted shows that log was saved with .txt extension, and .txt files are allowed for uploading to this forums.
Anyway, if you actually try uploading file that has .log extension, rename it so it has .txt extension. You guys all know how to change extension right?

I believe you don't pay enough attention -- either a file has .log, but not .txt extension, or you're getting another error, not "The uploaded file does not have an allowed extension."
Check it again.
