this is the sound that used to happen nearly every time you repulsed someone.

something changed for sure, there wasnt an intentional direct nerf to repulse according to the changelogs and forum admins, but collision physics must have been touched because repulse used to kill and make the funny noise way more often, now its kinda beta tbh

it feels like more than 2-3 years ago I felt the change
