Download and install: Download Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 from Official Microsoft Download Center
MBII Launcher => Settings => check "Enable logging" => Repair installation.
Post latest log from "Jedi Academy\GameData\MBII_Launcher\logs" here.

Can't you see that this is a wrong log?
Correct one should be much bigger, full of md5 and files names.
Perform a repair and post a new log.
