[SOLVED] MB II crashes after win 10 update

I just now installed windows 10 on my pc and i tried starting some games to see if anything was messed up. I started the play_MBII.exe shortcut which worked fine before. it immediatly gave me this message .
The changes i made before where adding the mb2 base assets to base folder , adding +set fs_game "MBII", and letting everything have admin rights standart.
i recorded the process so there was no confusion.

you have to download the official version of the game or use daemon tools

i use deamon tools , and i downloaded the newest version , it worked fine before

i've been looking for hours and hours to fix this issue, it got to the point i deleted the MBII
i reinstalled it and it works again. thanks anyway
