Launcher Maxium Download Attempts Reached

Can someone please help i've looked up fixes and they dont work and im getting frustrated

I dont understand why its putting up such a fight to work

also when i finally got it work before these issues i loaded into a server and then it said that i needed to connect to the server with launcher or something around launching the game with the launcher


I manually installed the mod

It would be a good idea to read relevant warnings on the download page, or just Google the error message... that is a common issue.
