i agree on spin's chance of killing the player being too high, and so is the chance of removing lightsabers as jedi. personally i think it would be cool if spin could spawn a vehicle or random npc.

Just so you know asking for NPCs or vehicles to spawn would easily result in a server crash in many cases; so although I am not a dev I can assure you that it's not ever gonna be added lol
