Launcher Low download speed

Just bought Jedi Academy and wanted to play MBII, but for some reason my downloading speed in launcher is like 1.5mb per second. Just to be clear, I was downloading Jedi Academy at ~10mb/s. I thought I will just wait a little bit longer than I usually do, but, as you understand, i'm posting this thread because it takes way longer than I expected.

Download Movie Battles manually, there are links to moddb and google drive in the download section.
MBII launcher won't download files that are already in place.
