Launcher Launcher wont open

Im trying to re-install MBII, but the launcher just does not open. No pop up, no nothing. I tried reinstalling and deleting my existing MBII folder in Gamedata.
Didnt work.
Any help would be much appreciated!

Make sure you did extract ALL files from .zip package into GameData folder, not just MBIILauncher.exe.
Make sure you actually do start MBIILauncher.exe from GameData, not from zip file.
