I'm on windows 7 ultimate 64 bits. What is your OS?
If you are on Windows, make sure you have both .NET 3.5 and .NET 4. For some reason, I can't manage MBIILauncher to work without any of those package (didn't have enough time to test, though).
Post a screenshot of error message.
Are you sure you do have .NET 4.0?I have net 3.5 and 4 installed up to 4.7.1
Yes im using windows version and i have all the frameworks. Are you sure you have Windows version of MBII Launcher, not Linux version?
Try redownloading it by this link: http://www.moviebattles.org/download/MBIILauncher.exe
Are you sure you do have .NET 4.0?
.NET 4.5 (and above), and .NET 4.0 are different versions of .NET.
For Movie Battles, .NET 4.0 is required, not 4.5.

Here is a video.A screenshot of the error message would help. It could either be gro. The .NET Runtime or from Windows. How we can go about diagnosing this depends on which kind of error is occurring.
