[SOLVED] Launcher issues

When I try to use MBII Launcher it gives me a steam error
.

So I can't launch it using the launcher, when I launch it using the steam game itself all of the animations are broken.
And when I launch it using the mbii.x86 from the game data folder it gives me this error (Not my pic, but same error)

Does anyone know how to fix this?

MBII Launcher => Settings => Engine => MBII Client => Play.

You can start launcher, and start game via steam. Point is, launcher needs to in the background.
