Launcher Launcher Error

When ever I try to download the new update all i get is this

"Unhandled exception has occured in your application. If you click continue, the application will ignore this erroe and attempt to continue. If you click quit the application will close.

Access to the path C\Program Files\(X86)\Steam\SteamApps\Common\JediAcademy\GameData\MBII\MBAssets2.pk3" is denined

How do I fix this as don't know and ty for any replies.

1. Run launcher as admin, go to settings, click repair installation.
2. Enjoy.

Ok did that and now getting this "Please start the game via launcher and keep it running" I stared the game via the launcher and it was still running in the background so what's wrong lol

Finally got the game to start and now its saying "Launch the game via the launcher and keep it running" no idea how to fix this any help appreciated.

I'm having an error myself regarding launcher installation, every time I try to set the gamedata path in the launcher settings it never saves. I'll close out the settings tab after setting it and check back on it and the path will have reverted back to my desktop. Multiple re-downloads of the launcher have not solved the issue either.

I solved it by selecting the enable logging option in the launcher settings.
