Well i know Kotor Tool sort of. Not so much and
I mostly used Kotor Script Tool and JC's Toolbox for K2

Script Tool is for creating your own scripts and you can ask people in DeadlyStream for tutorials
JC's Toolbox is for executing scripts and many more features like skills , dark side points , robes and etc.
