kill command countdown timer/meter

Is there any way to add a live countdown timer or a meter of some sort that shows when the /kill command kicks in exactly? I use the round countdown timer but its not really an accurate way to predict the exact moment of the command's execution.

I want to hurl my dead body at the enemies with speed jump.

Suiciding or using /kill has been featured as a way to play soldier class, because of forward respawn. That would be neat to have both your /kill timer, and respawn timer when playing class with respawn. Im sure most of us figured hitting mouse button avoid a longer wait, but that can be useful if someone feels like diving into the .menu again (Mace this is not for you! )

And while im at it (What other reason really) if the /kill (or a /respawn without adding a death) could be made instant when mbmode is set on duelmode...
