Launcher Jedi Academy on Porting Kit

So long story short I managed to install jedi academy and the mb2 mod windows version on mac using the porting kit app, even to get playing but to join a server there's the need of keeping the launcher running.

Is there a way to do so using the porting kit?

it shows up as .app instead of .exe so the porting kit doesnt reads it as an available exe but more like just a folder.

Thanks!

Im not very savy with Mac OS just linux and windows BUT I am curious. Does it let you local host and join. or does it deny you server + servers you created locally because the launcher.
ALSO I found this AI generated answer a bit helpful.

o keep an app running within a porting kit, you typically need to utilize the kit's built-in mechanisms for maintaining a persistent application state, which often involves saving and loading data to a persistent storage location like the device's internal storage or cloud, and then reloading that data when the app is resumed after being paused or closed within the porting kit environment.
Good Luck

I can host fine but as i get to join a match it kicks me out because the launcher is not executable on mac and the .app (which is the extension of the launcher) applications in wine/porting kit are not really supported either.

It just gives errors when you try to execute the launcher
