Whenever I go into the game, the characters are shown T-Posing and none of the animations work. If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it.

try using repair installation on the launcher settings

Make sure you're starting up Movie Battles by click Play in MBII Launcher, and NOT by in-game base Jedi Academy mod menu.
