Technical Issue In Need of Optimization Guide

How do I get MB2 to run decently? With enough players and action going on, my PC fails to maintain 60+ FPS.

My setup is as follows:

• Res: 1080p
• CPU: i5-2500 @ 3,3GHz
• GPU: GTX 970
• RAM: 8GB 1333MHz
• OS: Win10

Dynamic glow is off.

There was a guide in the previous forum (by Helix maybe) but it's no longer there.
