How to remove voice commands/taunts audio?

Not the anti spam feature. Remove completely. It's hard to play with constant ear rape such as "MEDIC" and "SUPPRESSIVE FIRE". It was funny for the first 5 seconds.

You can finally disable it (And the text spam) in the settings. It's a recently added feature (less than a few years).
