How to make a map (As a question)

I was wondering how to I go about making a map for MB2. What program do I use. Can I use any program to make a map (A map making program). Is there a download link to the program if there is one. Can it ever be an offical map?

Does anyone know if you can make JK maps in Rhino 3D? Even if it is just for the basic modeling of the map structure?

Does anyone know if you can make JK maps in Rhino 3D? It seems that Radiant is very similar to it.

You should be able to use just about any 3D modelling program to make models (assuming the right conversion workflow), but you cannot make an entire map using them.
