Launcher Game wont start through launcher

I just got a new laptop and i tried installing movie battles like i did on my old one but for some reason the game wont launch for the launcher. i have jedi academy on steam. If theres any more information you need lmk

Update: i forgot to mention that every time i try to launch it, it enlarges and then crashes. But for some reason now its launching to jedi academy

MBII Launcher => Settings => Engine => MBII Client.
