Launcher Game not updating

With v1.6.1.2 being released today, my launcher updated but my game did not. The launcher says I'm on v1.6.1.2 but when I load into the game it says v1.6.1.1. If I try to load into a server that has been updated, it says my client needs to be updated. I've tried letting it automatically update, manually updating it, and repairing the installation but its not registering as updated.

Delete any of these from GameData/MBII/: cgamex86.dll uix86.dll jampgamex86.dll

Delete any loose DLLs in your MBII folder.

edit: I'm an idiot, ignore that

edit again: I only found jampgamex86.dll in there and deleting that didn't fix it.

If there are truly no other DLL files in the MBII folder than the only explanation is an overriding third party PK3 with code in it (which I have no idea where you would have gotten...). Nothing else would leave you running an old version.
