Technical Issue Game keeps crashing since new V1.7 update

Ever since the update something's been going on w/ my game. I can only play for about 3 minutes before I get the "connection error" message. But everyone seems to be playing the game just fine. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't have any mods installed, and I have ragdoll disabled, in case you were wondering.

Make sure your connection settings and com_maxfps setting didnt get lost during the update. Because a number of cvar names changed some peoples configs may have been reset.
