Whenever i try to play Single or Multi Player it crashes without any error message, it only happens when it starts to load (the loading screen). I've reinstalled, opened it with Compatibility mode, restarted pc, and even opened it as administrator.

Specs:
Laptop HP Envy DV6
Operative System: Windows 10 64-bits.
Video Card: NVIDIA GT650M
RAM: 16 GB
Processor: Intel Core i7-3630QM 2.40ghz

Thanks.

MBII Launcher => Settings => Engine => MBII Client => Play.
Still crashes? Any error messages?

Create a shortcut for "Jedi Academy\GameData\mbii.x86.exe".
Right click on that shortcut => Properties
Add
Code:
+set fs_game mbii +connect 164.132.54.66:29070
to "Target" field.
Launch that shortcut.
Still crashes? Any error messages?

MBII Launcher => Settings => check "Enable logging" => Repair installation.
Post latest log from "Jedi Academy\GameData\MBII_Launcher\logs" here.

This is not the log I'm looking for, you should repair installation via Launcher. There will be bigger log, full of md5 hashes.

So you have tried launching mb2 using shortcut with custom parameters, and it still crashes, yes?
Try updating videocard drivers.

I have already my video card drivers updated :l I even re-downloaded MB2 from the official site.

This also happens with the original Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy without the MBII Mod.

Do you have problems with other games?

  • Download a file from an attachment
  • Place it to "C:\Program Files (x86)\LucasArts\Star Wars Jedi Knight Jedi Academy\GameData" folder
  • Change it extension to ".vbs' (it has been uploaded with ".txt" extension due a technical restriction of these forums)
  • Launch it, wait till you see a message box (takes a lot of time)
  • Go to "My Documents" folder, you'll see one new file: "MBII diag files.txt"
  • Upload it to this thread

Attachments

  • MBII.vbs.txt

Same problem.
Same suggestion.
Download script from my previous message, run it, upload a log.

Also, what is your videocard? OS?

Also, when did you start experience these problems? Basing on your activity on these forums, I assume you were able to play MBII for some meaningful time.
What happened between last successful and first unsuccessful? Did you install some new software? Drivers? Games?

Also, you can simpy try reinstalling Jedi Academy, and videocard's drivers.
