Awaiting feedback func_train gets blocked by thrown grenades (primary fire)

I've been working on a metro map for MBII and while testing my glorious metro train it occurred to me that thrown grenades cause it to stop in place. My train is set-up with the following properties:

I took the liberty to tests some more scenarios and it does NOT get blocked by the following:
- Deployed trip wire mines
- Deployed (alt fire) sonic nades
- NPCs
- Players

It does get blocked by the following:

Not sure if it's the same thing but I've had something similar happening with func_doors, especially when pulling player's weapon (doors were set to close every 30sec and a weapon on the floor could block/bug the door), might be worth trying with this train

Looks like a feature, not a bug.
Well I'd argue it's a bug because the flag "crush_through" suggests that it will move through any entity without issue. As far as I understand it, thrown grenades and pulled weapons are also entities.
