Technical Issue EU to NA ping smoothing command

Hey everyone,

I'm an EU player who's been in love with the mod since 2016.
In the last 8 months I've been working night shifts at my job to make more money x1.25) as housing prices have increased after covid in my area.
Due to this I have been unable to play MB2 during EU active hours.
I would be fine with accepting the ping difference in US servers, but I remember using a console command back in the day in to sort of align animations with client-side data to make the experience smoother.
I would love to know what I need to do to make my experience smoother as currently I'm unable to finish a duel in NA servers with 150 ping, if anyone knows anything that might help, please let me know.

Thank you for your hard work, your mod has been a major part of my life.

cl_timenudge, I believe.

Try using cl_timenudge -20 in the console. It can help smooth things out with higher ping. You might need to tweak the value a bit, but it's a good start.

its ok ping wont cause u problem if its na ur playing on

fps, rate, maxpackets, errordecay / nopredict plays a role. timenudge will be awfully worthless prove me wrong

I can confirm that it is really easy to play on NA ping, some people even win tournaments on it. xoxo
