Unconfirmed Disruptor Rifle shots sometimes do no damage?

Had a couple instances where the disruptor rifle has been doing no damage, have only witnessed it with charged shots so far.

this has happened to me multiple times as well, thought i was imagining it since i'm too lazy to look back at demos

Actually it's more an animation bug which occur at the wrong place. The Arc was far away when the ruptor ray arrive.

The second part of the video the shot is dead in my face though.

I had something similar happen on EW the other day, while I was stationary and reble was shooting me in the back. while hacking on citadel obj. Not sure what weapon he had though. (regular blaster, probably e-11)

Will take a look in the next couple of days between other bug fixes. If anyone can narrow it down to time charged or anything, that'd help a lot.
