I believe developers don't support adding any goofy/just for kicks/parody characters in Movie Battles, and I can agree with that.
This is supposed to be a serious mod with canonical characters in the roster. Darth Jar Jar, Ben Swolo, Matt the Radar Technician, Shrek etc belong to third-party modifications.
