Hosting Server CTF round timer

I really want to change the CTF round timer but I have not been able to find any conventional way of editing it. Is there a cvar I can set somewhere?
Any help or workaround would be appreciated.

CTF timers are only configured via the .siege file of the level up to a max of 12 minutes. Its up to the level designer to choose a time limit that fits the level. There is no outside cvar for server owners.

I want to set the timer to 40 minutes and play with a capture limit instead, so the map would end at 2 captures and RTV would start. But it looks like I would need some game changes before I can realize that. I'll make a thread in the feedback section for it.

We won't be allowing timers that long regardless.
